INQ reports that ATI is getting their Crossfire boards,drivers and graphics cards ready for release sometime in August and this musthappen before R520 arrives in late August.. Some boardmakers opt to stick with ULi Southbridge for their Crossfire boardsinstead of ATI's. As we havereported previously, it is possible for budget X300 and mainstream X700 graphics cards to be Crossfiredthrough some drivers hacking. Whether this will take place officially willdepend on market demand as we are told by ATI.
